Zuk\u00fcnftig bewertet Google also nicht mehr, ob es zu der Desktop-Version einer Website auch eine mobile Version gibt, sondern umgekehrt, ob es zu der mobilen Version auch eine Desktop-Variante gibt. Das hei\u00dft f\u00fcr die Suchmaschinenoptimierung (SEO), dass Google die Suchergebnisseiten (SERPs) prim\u00e4r mit Blick auf mobile Websites organisieren wird.<\/p>\n<p>Es wird kein separater Index erstellt, sondern der bestehende Index wird nach und nach angepasst. Google begr\u00fcndet die jetzt beginnende \u00c4nderung des Index mit der \u00fcberwiegenden Nutzung der Google-Suche mit mobilen Endger\u00e4ten [2].\u00a0Wann die Umstellung abgeschlossen sein wird hat Google noch nicht bekannt gegeben. F\u00fcr die Betreiber von Websites ver\u00f6ffentlicht Google\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/developers.google.com\/search\/mobile-sites\/mobile-first-indexing\">Best Practices<\/a> dazu, wie man sich auf die Mobile-First-Index vorbereiten kann. Vor allem f\u00fcr Betreiber von Websites mit einer separaten Mobilversion, die sog. m-dot Seiten, gibt es Tipps zu befolgen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Es sollten die gleichen Inhalte auf der mobile Variante pr\u00e4sentiert werden, wie auf der Desktop-Variante.<\/li>\n<li>Auf beide Versionen einer Seite sollten strukturierte Daten nach dem einheitlichen Standard <a href=\"http:\/\/schema.org\/\">Schema.org<\/a> (Microformat, JSON-LD etc) vorhanden sein.<\/li>\n<li>Meta-Daten wie <em>title<\/em> und <em>description<\/em> sollten in beiden Versionen zu finden sein.<\/li>\n<li>Angaben in den Meta-Daten f\u00fcr alternative Seitensprachen (rel=&#8220;alternate&#8220;)\u00a0sollten korrekt gesetzt werden. Das hei\u00dft, dass das Einsetzen von alternative Sprache in der mobilen Website auf mobile URLs zeigen sollten und in der Desktop-Version\u00a0 auf Desktop-URLs zeigen sollten.<\/li>\n<li>Es sollte sichergestellt werden, dass der Webserver gen\u00fcgend Kapazit\u00e4t hat, um der eventuelle Anstieg der Crawling-Rate auf der mobile Seite zu bewerkstelligen.<\/li>\n<li>Die robots.txt sollte darauf gepr\u00fcft werden, dass sowohl auf der Desktop- als auch auf der mobilen Version der Webseite alle wichtigen URLs und Ressourcen f\u00fcr den Crawler freigegeben sind.<\/li>\n<li>Es sollte sicher gestellt werden, dass die &lt;link&gt;-Elemente <em>rel=canonical<\/em> und <em>rel= alternate<\/em> zwischen den mobilen und den Desktop-Seiten korrekt gesetzt sind.
